Shipping Policy

At De Fil en Forme, each creation is carefully printed in Gatineau, Quebec. Shipping times take into account our artisanal production process.

Production and preparation

Our products are 3D printed to order or in small batches. Production time is generally 72 business hours, depending on the complexity of the model and order volume. Orders are processed and shipped within an approximate timeframe of 3 to 10 business days. During periods of high demand, additional time may be required.

Shipping fees – Canada

We offer a flat rate of $15 for orders under $125 (before taxes), and free shipping on all orders of $125 or more (before taxes).

Shipping fees – United States

We offer a flat rate of $20 for orders under $200 (before taxes), and free shipping on all orders of $200 or more (before taxes). Any applicable customs duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

We prioritize minimalist, plastic-free, and recyclable packaging. Each parcel is prepared with sustainable materials to protect your order while reducing our environmental impact.

Handling shipping issues

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at defilenforme@gmail.com . Please include your order number along with photos of the product and packaging. We are committed to reviewing the situation promptly and offering an appropriate solution.

Limitation of liability

De Fil en Forme is not responsible for delays caused by third parties (carrier, weather conditions, customs, or circumstances beyond our control).
